OT Wheel Trueing Robot


The Robot OT is the topmodel Trueing Robot especially designed for carbon and other high-end wheels. The wheels are trued from the nipple-head side which has multiple advantages compared to conventional trueing Robots. The mayor Robot OT benefits are that nipples do not scratch and the possibility to use TCS spokes (Torque Control Spokes). The Direct Drive System, whereby the motor which turns the nipple directly, results in a better spoke tension spread. Another benefit is the Spoke Tension Measuring System which measures the real tension of each spoke. With this spoke tension measurement the machine can calculate the revolutions of each nipple for a perfect trued and tensioned wheel. Because of this technology we can say that wheels from this Robot are better than hand-built wheels. The OT can be connected to the internet for Remote Service and is Industry 4.0 ready.
