HB Stabilizer
Description
For quality wheelbuilding, Stabilizing is an essential process developed by Holland Mechanics. It is used to spread the tension equally over all spokes, and at the same time improves the strength of the spoke necks and the seating of the nipple in the rim. The Stabilizer comes in two versions: HB for Stabilizing and the HT combines Stabilizing with rim tape application in one process. The Stabilizer or Rim taper will be placed inline between the lacing machines and the trueing Robots. The Stabilizer increases the wheel quality and on top of that the Rim taper saves labour costs, improves the tyre fitting quality (less flat tyres because of automatic rim tape centring) and brings huge inventory & logistics savings.
