As part of the service we deliver, we use Teamviewer to offer remote assistance via the internet for the machines we sell that are a PC/Touchscreen based. With this software we can remotely excecute software upgrades, fix problems and monitor your system if needed.

At all times the customer needs to accept the service conditions of the program when downloaded before we can offer help.

To initiate a HM Remote Service session, please supply the Session ID and password to our Service Engineers.
