The Inline Lacer is Holland Mechanics’ showpiece of the lacers. This lacer changes-over fully automatic and now comes with the option to lace full carbon wheels with carbon spokes! It can lace all sorts of different type wheels and has the ability to move the screw head in different angles for optimal nipple contact with angle drilled spoke holes. This feature is essential for high-end Carbon wheels and e-bike wheels with a large hub-motor. The Inline Lacer is not only good for lacing, but tightens the wheel at the same time to reduce trueing time.

CarRousel Buffer Unit – Smart Storage option
Maximize flexibility with the Holland Mechanics Carousel, a smart buffer system for storing and transferring complete wheels or individual hubs. With up to 13 positions, it automates transitions between machines and eliminates manual handling.
Built-in sensors detect available slots, rotating the carousel automatically for precise placement and retrieval, no operator needed.
Perfect for variable-speed setups, it balances flow between machines (e.g., one lacer to two truing robots), absorbing timing gaps and reducing idle time.
When full, it stops automatically to prevent overloading, keeping your line running smoothly while operators focus on more critical tasks.
