Holland Mechanics 保证，组成上述机器的设备在正常条件和服务下使用时不存在材料和工艺缺陷，如下所述。
The guarantee is applicable only if the installation is carried out by a certified customer service engineer from Holland Mechanics. The standard warranty period is twelve (12) months, which can be extended to up to thirty-six (36) months when combined with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Claims under this guarantee may only be made by the initial user of the system and must be submitted no later than twelve (12) months following the original delivery date of Holland Mechanics & Marchetti machines, as indicated. The delivery date is defined as the date when the machines are loaded onto a truck for road transportation or subsequently for sea transport.
When a Service Level Agreement is in effect, the warranty period will be extended to the specified duration, subject to the same conditions outlined in these warranty terms. Additionally, to qualify for the extended warranty, Holland Mechanics must provide yearly preventive maintenance in combination with the basic service kit as specified by Holland Mechanics.
Holland Mechanics’ obligation under this guarantee is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective part or item of the machine. All other claims, whether statutory or otherwise, and any resulting damages, are hereby explicitly waived by the purchaser. Holland Mechanics may fulfill this obligation by either repairing the machine(s) or dispatching, F.O.B., a similar part for the replacement of the defective component. The purchaser must notify Holland Mechanics in writing within 30 days of discovering the defective part and return said part, freight prepaid, to Holland Mechanics. Holland Mechanics will assess the defective part and, at its sole discretion, determine whether it is indeed defective.
The right to claim warranty is strictly subject to the condition that the installation of the machine has been carried out by a certified service engineer from Holland Mechanics.
Expenses related to the travel, accommodation, and daily allowances for the service engineer from Holland Mechanics are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not extend to products manufactured by a third party, beyond any guarantee provided by said manufacturer to Holland Mechanics, provided such guarantee remains in effect at the time of enforcement.
This guarantee does not apply to failures or damages resulting from neglect, inadequate maintenance, misuse, accidents, improper installations, installation not conducted by a certified Holland Mechanics service engineer, the use of non-original parts, modifications, or repairs to the equipment not performed or authorized by Holland Mechanics. Any modification or alteration made to the machine without the explicit written approval of Holland Mechanics will result in the immediate cancellation of the warranty.
