退货授权政策
Holland Mechanics BV 产品出于服务和维护目的而进行的退货授权 (RMA) 程序。
如果您想将零件退回 Holland Mechanics BV 该怎么办？

如果您想退回零件，请联系 HM 零件柜台。
他们会向您发送一份 RMA 表格，您必须填写该表格。通过此表格，HM 将批准您是否可以退回零件。
批准后，您将收到 RMA 编号。如果没有此 RMA 编号，HM 将不会接受零件，并且最终不会开具贷项通知单。
所有退回的部件都需要（最好）用原包装包装，并且没有任何损坏、改动、划痕或标记。
所有退回部件的发货都需要附有一份装箱单和发票副本，说明所订购的货物和 RMA 文件。
零件到达后 2 周内，我们将通知您零件是否完好无损以及是否会记入贷方。
订购的（子）组件无法退回给 HM，因为这些组件是根据客户要求专门制作的。
不完整的服务套件不符合退货条件。
对于所有退回的支票，我们将收取退回货物价值 25% 的检验费，该金额将从贷方票据中扣除，每件商品最多 100 欧元。
