Introducing the Tubeless Taper Machine

meet the new Tubeless Taper from Holland Mechanics, a smart and flexible solution for fast and consistent tubeless rim tape application. Designed to support a wide range of production needs, the machine can handle tape rolls of 3000, 200, and 66 meters, as well as anything in between. With an average wheel using 1,2m per wheel for tape, the machine can reduce change-over frequency with larger rolls.

It allows changeovers between specific profiles in just ~30 – 60 seconds, with a ​cycle time of 30 seconds per rim. The Tubeles Taper also includes  a heated valve hole puncture nozzle, ensuring a clean finish for any tape type. Lastly, it  allows programmable tape overlay across the valve hole.

Built with safety and usability in mind, the machine is fully CE compliant and all settings can be fully customized to match your specific wheel type and process requirements.
