Description

One of the most labour-intensive processes of wheelbuilding is hubfilling. In addition it’s a monotonous job, composed off only a few actions that need to be performed quickly and constantly repeated. Because it’s difficult to find good personnel for this job Holland Mechanics developed the Hub Filling Station. The HFS fully automates and speeds up the hubfilling process. With a database of 255 different hubs the machine is very flexible and has an average fill time of 30 seconds per hub. Right now, many wheel producers are relying on the Hub Filling Station, simply because it increases output and saves labour costs.
