Create your own rims, save money in the long run

The Rim Saw / Pin Station is combining the Rim Sawing and Rim Pinning process in one machine. The spiral is automatically loaded to the RSP Station. Then the spiral will be stretched in the clamping belt to the exact ETRTO size and cut. After cutting the three individual rims will be pin-jointed and closed in one time. The RSP Station is a flexible machine whereby all settings are stored in the rim-database.

The rim can saw/pin up to 300 rims a hour and can pay itself back in just a few months
