Meet our new Bicycle Conveyor Assembly Station, the Spaceline a complete, future-ready solution built for efficient bicycle production.

With a fully adjustable conveyor design, it can be placed and integrated easily into almost any factory layout. Every segment is 4 meter, the amount of workspaces and total length can be adjusted to preference.

The new construction creates more space for smooth loading and unloading, improving both workflow and operator comfort. Integrated support for electric cabling inside the clamps, enables clean data transfer and allows touchscreen control directly on the clamp. As the only conveyor system compatible with our new height-adjustable clamps, this station sets a new standard for flexibility, control, and modern bicycle assembly.

It features 360° movement in both X and Y axis, giving full flexibility when positioning the bike.

The clamp includes an electric height-adjustable system, designed to simplify loading and unloading. A built-in touchscreen interface allows quick and intuitive control. The screen can also store and display production data,

supporting a smarter and more consistent workflow.
