The Robotic Lacing Station (RLS) removes the one step automation always left behind. Hub filling and lacing, two jobs that have always been separate, now happen in a single, simultaneous motion.

Robot arms insert straight-pull spokes directly into the hub while a catcher threads the nipple on the rim side, both in the same instant. Fed with hubs, rims and spokes, the RLS laces complete 24″ to 32″ wheels on its own — fully automatic, no operator needed.

Connect it to your existing tensioning and truing robots and the line runs unattended, through the night, with finished wheels waiting in the morning. Extra capacity becomes a matter of running hours, not hiring.
