Quick and Automatic Model Change:
After memorizing the models, the operator can select different models ranging from 26″ to 29″ with various drilling patterns, different profile types, and different zigzags. The machine auto-adjusts without requiring any tool changes or manual adjustments. We also provide this for any tooling of other inch wheels, making the machine able to drill 16″-29″ inch wheels.
Adjustable angle
The drill can be adjusted to drill in angles. The vertical tilt can be adjusted between 0 and 6 degrees — just a quick manual tweak, or go hands-free with the optional motorized version. Want to shift side to side? The horizontal angle lets you adjust up to 13 degrees in either direction, giving you full control over how it’s positioned.
Cycle time
The machine can produce up to 2 – 4 wheels per minute depending on the material. The average speed of the machine is between 26 – 28 seconds, with a 4 second manual loading/unloading of the rim.

Designed for versatility and performance, the SARD is built to handle wheels from 16” to 29”, including extra-wide fat rims up to 100mm. For 26” to 29” rims, there’s no need to change tooling, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable setup time.
The SARD is available in two models: A manual version, where you can easily adjust the drill radius by hand, and An automated version that lets you set the drill angle with the push of a button perfect for high-efficiency production, with moveable screwheads.
What makes it stand out? The speed! The SARD can drill wheels with an average time of 26 – 28 seconds! The option for adjustable drills, designed to accommodate any spoke pattern with pinpoint accuracy, giving you complete control over your wheel builds as well. Even the drilling rotation speed can be turned to a max of 24000 Rpm, which makes it a perfect fit for any and all wheel types and materials.
