How to access hmbikecloud.com?
Type hmbikecloud.com into any browser. You log in with your existing account and use the application directly. If you'd rather have the data land in your own tools, the REST API delivers it wherever you want.
Who owns the machine data?
You do. Always. Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure and is never shared. You can optionally enable a "share diagnostics" toggle to let Holland Mechanics support look in for service purposes when you ask for help.
Do I need to involve my IT department?
Barely. The connection kit uses its own cellular (4G) connection, so nothing connects to your factory network. Login uses your existing Microsoft accounts via single sign-on.
Which machines are compatible?
Holland Mechanics lacing machines and truing robots built in 2016 or later. Some machines need a free software update, which ships with your connection kit. We verify compatibility per serial number before shipping.
What does the subscription include?
Dashboard access with unlimited users, the cellular data connection (SIM and data traffic included), the REST API for raw machine data, platform updates and support. The only other cost is the one-time €950 connection kit per machine.
How does wheel traceability work?
Equip your truing robot with a barcode scanner and every scanned wheel is linked to its full production record in BikeCloud. Traceability is included in your Monitor subscription — the scanner itself is a one-time hardware add-on, quoted per robot.
How does pre-ordering work?
You reserve connection kits for the machines you want to connect; we verify compatibility per serial number. Kits ship ahead of launch so your team can install in December, and your dashboard goes live at launch on 30 november 2026. Your subscription starts when your dashboard goes live.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — pay 12 months in advance and get a 5% discount on the subscription.
