The Marchetti Airline is a dynamic bicycle assembly conveyor designed for continuous movement and powered by a motor. The conveyor consists of a head and tail section, with each segment measuring 4 meters, and additional segments can be inserted as needed. The conveyor can move on different speeds or stand still for a optimal working environment. Operators have the freedom to move around the assembly area to access various bicycle components, ensuring ergonomic efficiency. Standard clamps allow for a 360-degree horizontal rotation of the bicycle frame, while specialised e-Bike clamps enable a 360-degree rotation in both horizontal and vertical directions. Notably, the assembly line does not necessitate any specific structural modifications within factories for installation.
Let’s make your factory setup a ergonomic and efficient! Our Airlines come in flexible lengths, adjustable in 4-meter steps to suit your production needs. The basic clamp that standard comes with the Airline. Attachable on the seat tube, with a easy to use special pin.
The eBike clamp is made for eBike but can handle any bike and can turn both X and Y Axis. For the ergonomic and flexible design this is the most chosen option.
The Seat tube clamp is the same as the eBike clamp but with another way of attaching the bicycle. this clamp uses a special gripper to hold the bike on the Seat post of the saddle. For bicycle frames that have the seat post already attached.
