Capable of threading various diameter bicycle forks

The Fork Stem Threading Station is a compact and robust machine, primarily powered by a single pneumatic operating unit, purpose-built for threading fork stems. This efficient machine features a specialized fork-housing carriage and a clamping device equipped with a versatile “V-shaped” jaw, capable of accommodating various diameters. This adaptability allows the machine to serve all fork models, including suspension types. The automatic carriage operates pneumatically and incorporates a rotating threading head system with chasers, providing the flexibility to thread both painted and unpainted forks while enabling size adjustments.

To utilize the machine, secure the frame with the clamping device, ensuring safety by employing a two-button start mechanism that requires both hands to activate. The machine is designed with automatic lubrication and cooling, utilizing a liquid cooling tank to prevent metal shavings from contacting the operator. Once the threading process is complete, the frame returns to its initial position, allowing for easy removal. The Fork Stem Threading machine excels in delivering swift, clean, and safe results, significantly saving time, reducing labor costs, and ultimately enhancing work efficiency.
