High-end hand truing and measuring device – Pro Truer

The Pro Truer by Holland Mechanics is a semi-hand truing workstation specifically designed for the high-end and carbon wheel market. With the capability to detect deviations as subtle as 0.025 mm—beyond what the human eye can perceive—this machine sets a new standard in wheel truing precision. But the customization possibilities don’t end there. The Pro Truer can be outfitted with an array of optional features. The MSTA 3-Point Tension Measurement enhances spoke tension data, while stepwise tensioning control allows for incremental adjustments. The dewinding feature prevents the winding of spokes for a better-structured wheel, and an integrated stabilize unit ensures the wheel remains in optimal position throughout the process.

In addition, the workstation can generate wheel reports for comprehensive data analysis and record-keeping. It also features an axle centring and control unit for precise axle stability, and a taping unit that improves wheel balance and durability. To further streamline the workflow, the machine comes with an automatic hub clamp, a label printer for quick wheel identification, and a barcode scanner for easy inventory management. It’s capable of handling rims with widths up to 40mm and heights up to 90mm. For data transfer and tracking, the Pro Truer also includes OT ATA communication with barcode capabilities, and for analyzing spoke tension, a spoke tension analyzer or tensiomatic can be added.
