We’re pleased to unveil four advanced machines that streamline every phase of rim production, from bending and joining to drilling. All machines are 32-inch ready, supporting the growing demand for larger wheel formats, while still able to produce smaller wheels.
New! Rim bending machine
Our new Rim Bending Machine ensures a smooth and consistent bending process, eliminating the variability caused by manual adjustments.

Rim Joining Machine
A fast and reliable solution for joining rim coils with exceptional consistency.

- Supports both pin and sleeve joining methods
- Easy tool change-over
- Achieves speeds up to 6 wheels per minute

Rim Drilling Station
The SARD delivers high-speed and precise drilling for aluminum rims of all common sizes.
Key Features:
- Compatible with rims from 16” to 32” (optional 12”)
- 3″ Inch clamping range
- Handles widths up to 100 mm
- Cycle times of 25–28 seconds
- Adjustable drilling heads (angle-settable)
- Optional: fully automatic servo-driven drilling head angle settings.
- Optional: automatic loading and unloading
Carbon rim drilling STATION
Designed specifically for carbon rim production, this station provides clean, damage-free drilling at high throughput.
