Introducing! The Flexible Tubeless Rim Taper!
This new rim taping machine is designed for fast and flexible Tubeless rim tape application. It allows changeovers between specific profiles in just ~30 – 60 seconds, with a cycle time of 30 seconds per rim. It supports multiple tape spools, from 66m and 200m rolls up to 3000m, lowering change-over frequency and supports small and big batches. The Tubeles Taper also includes a heated valve hole puncture nozzle, ensuring a clean finish for any tape type. Lastly, it allows programmable tape overlay across the valve hole.
Fastest truing robot on the market! Robot ANT
The Robot ANT (Advanced Nipple Truer) is designed for extremely fast and precise automated wheel truing. It features integrated high-speed wheel stressing and can be configured with 2, 4, or 6 nipple hands, allowing a flexible setup tailored to your production needs. Thanks to its patented hub measurement and clamping system, it achieves tolerances up to 0.1 mm for center, side, and height deviations.
Suitable for 12” to 32” wheels, including fat bike rims, the Robot ANT adapts easily to a wide range of wheel types. Its Direct Drive system interacts directly with each nipple to ensure consistent spoke tension, while the optional Dewind function releases spoke torsion for improved wheel durability and balance. Engineered for speed, precision, and versatility.

With a fully adjustable conveyor design, it can be placed and integrated easily into almost any factory layout. Every segment is 4 meter, the amount of workspaces and total length can be adjusted to preference. The new construction creates more space for smooth loading and unloading, improving both workflow and operator comfort.
